Everything was nice during 1 day, truly enjoyed its comfortable and nice location really close to the footbridge and shops, and the beach. Cosy and fairly quiet room with 2 bedrooms, I had a real good stay. All the staff was really helpful, fixed my issues😃👌

I enjoyed my one-night stay at the Black Swan Motor Inn. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bathroom was absolutely spotless. the location is great, as the hotel is right next to the council and the town center, making it easy to explore the main area of Lakes Entrance.

Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet units with bedroom and the single bed plus holes in doors, and the staff were nice!

This hotel is ideally located near shops, the lakes, the Esplanade, and the town center.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was budget-friendly and clean with two bedrooms. the location of the property was great and convenient, just a short walk to the main area of Lakes Entrance. I discovered the Cold Rock dessert restaurant within just 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a beautiful inn near a picturesque lake. The room I stayed in was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The shower boasted great water pressure and the living area had a comfortable full-length couch for relaxation. I was impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, complete with handy items like glad wrap and foil. Additionally, finding easy parking and enjoying efficient air conditioning made my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the floors, shower, and other amenities was top-notch, making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient amenities.

The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival and during the stay. The location is ideal, being close to the city center and all its facilities, including public transport. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all necessary facilities provided.

The lack of attention to detail is an issue. The cleaning standard was below average with an unpleasant smell when entering the room.

Great value stay, seaside view, comfy bed, and helpful staff. Loved the proximity to walking tracks and beach. Get away from the bustling city centre and enjoy Lakes Entrance without breaking the bank!

We stayed at a hotel that was perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but conveniently close to the beach. the room was spacious with a full kitchen and basic amenities such as tea, coffee, and milk. the bed was comfy and allowed for a good night's sleep.

Despite a few issues during my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things I enjoyed. the free parking was a lifesaver as I didn't want to worry about finding a spot in a busy area. the easy access to nearby shops and restaurants made it a convenient location. Lastly, the staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate any requests.

My overall stay was far from enjoyable. the room was run-down and desperately needed a deep clean.
